Railroad Micro Farm
Welcome to Railroad Farm @ Gardens of Hope
Railroad Farm is our community outreach space and products distribution center.
This is the location of our main office and our seasonal farmer’s market booth.
We also have gardens and a small flock of chickens who produce eggs here.
All of the produce we grow on our farms, once harvested, gets transported to our Railroad location. Here it is washed, weighed, and packaged ready to be distributed to its designated location→ Food bank, Farmer’s Market Booth, Volunteer/Partners, Chickens, or Compost
Since we make our own compost, we produce absolutely no waste, as anything that doesn’t go into somebody’s home, either gets fed to our chickens or added back into the garden year after year.
